2/16/2026 — Coastal Structures is proud to announce it has been awarded the contract for a new ground-up, 60,000-square-foot, three-story multi-tenant office building following a competitive three-part interview selection process. The award was based on the company’s proven experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to deliver complex commercial construction projects.

Coastal Structures is currently under contract for the shell and core construction of the facility and is actively working toward finalizing the contract for the first interior upfit within the building. The project represents a significant addition to the local commercial landscape and reflects continued growth and confidence in Coastal Structures’ capabilities.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2026, with substantial completion anticipated in Summer 2027. Conceptual plans for the project have been completed and outline a modern, multi-tenant office environment designed to support a wide range of professional uses.
