Coastal Structures has been a full-service contractor working solely in the commercial industry, including healthcare, cultural, historical, and municipal divisions, for over 30 years. Now, Coastal Structures has expanded its reach into crafting high-end custom homes with CSC Residential.
“Homeowners want their home building projects to run with the efficiency and expediency of a commercial job site; creating this division is a natural progression of the services we offer,” said Harby Moses, Founder and President of Coastal Structures.
“A typical commercial project runs its course over 9 months. We get inquiries to do custom home builds from people following the progress of our commercial jobs. They want the same businesslike and hands-on experience from a seasoned team when building their homes.”
Like its commercial projects, CSC Residential projects have a dedicated project manager and a construction supervisor who oversees the project’s day-to-day. The supervisor is onsite to manage the various aspects of the job site and keep all the multiple parts of a construction project running on time and budget.
CSC Residential provides a personalized approach throughout their residential projects for the homeowner. Customers can work with CSC Residential to choose their homesite, select and customize their home plan; it’s beginning to end white glove service.
