Coastal Structures has recently welcomed two new superintendents, David Coley and Keith Sevor.
David Coley joined the Coastal Structures team in August 2022 and has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He owned his own business in the Piedmont area of South Carolina for the last 10 years. After moving to the Lowcountry, he decided it was time to settle into the project superintendent position here at Coastal Structures. He has knowledge of all phases of residential building. In his spare time, he loves being with his family, especially in the North Carolina mountains by a river.
Keith Savor moved Murrells Inlet after 14 years in law enforcement and serving in the US Army as a Combat Engineer. He began working in construction sales then transitioned to a vendor representative for several years. It was during this time, he learned all aspects of the construction industry. He was then given an opportunity as a superintendent in 2015 with a large national builder. It is his responsibility to manage multiple large residential construction subdivisions in the Myrtle Beach area.
