Completed in June 2018, the Barefoot Landing Shell Building is a new commercial shell building for Burroughs and Chaplin. The building located at 4822 Highway 17 South, North Myrtle Beach, SC includes 5153 square feet of commercial space that features an innovative design by e3 studio LLC architects. The three commercial spaces will be occupied by Blueberry’s Grill, Faux Paws Dog Shoppe, and Kentucky Mist Distillery.
