This new construction project consisted of a 17,300-square-foot library for the Waccamaw Neck, located in Pawleys Island, SC.

The library houses The DeBordieu Auditorium, which includes a projector, stage, and seating for 200+ people, along with two smaller meeting rooms.

Library patrons have access to computer stations, a state-of-the­- art Teen Tech Room,
a children’s area, a library store, and a cafe-style eating area.
