Coastal Structures was awarded this project after negotiations with the owner and a previously established business relationship throughout the years.

This project was an abandoned building within the Market Common with the addition of a 1,500-square-foot floor space.

The new Americana/Oyster Bar style restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating with a large wrap-around bar as the focal point.

The campus will also contain a smokehouse and outdoor dining structure to double as a live entertainment stage.
