This two story South Atlantic Bank branch is located on the frontage road at 930 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Mt. Pleasant, S.C. Started in August 2016, the 8300 sf $3 million new building will serve as the bank’s regional headquarters for the Lowcountry and is expected to open to the public in August. The new building resembles the bank’s offices in the Pawleys Island, including pulley-operated ceiling fans, deep porticos, and louvered storm shutters.
