This new home was scheduled to be complete in 9 months on a very small lot with regulated navigable waters during the summer months.

This home has 3 large bedrooms, open floor plan with two fireplaces, swimming pool with bulkhead and a 400 ft walkway and dock on Pawleys Creek.

Coastal Structures obtained the CO on time and final cost were on budget.
