Coastal Structures was selected to construct a new administrative office within the Georgetown County Industrial Park’s shell building for MPW.

This project consisted of a 6,000-square-foot office space, extensive site work for parking and storm drainage, and a new concrete shipping and loading area for MPW’s industrial water trucks.

Provisional electrical, mechanical, and piping work was done to the warehouse space to accommodate MPW’s industrial water processes.

Coastal Structures completed this project in 9 months, on time and budget.
