Tidelands Health and MUSC partnered to create this 16,200-square-foot medical office building to house their new Family Medicine Residency Program.

This 9-acre site was developed with room for expansion, and the stormwater system was designed for the entire site. One of the cool exterior features is the Nichiha decorative panels on the front of the building at the entrance.

The right side of the building was designed for a future expansion and was expanded less than a year later with the addition of a new 7,400sf OBGYN Clinic.

This project was completed on time and under budget.
