This project was completed inside the working Georgetown Campus of Tidelands Health. We consulted with engineers and developed a plan to incorporate necessary changes to the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical in this space. Demolition to the 9,300 square foot project was done, along with multiple water shutdowns in order to install the new plumbing systems. New patient waiting area, nurse stations, check-in and check-out counters, and office spaces were created. We replaced 13 HVAC units and had to move 1 hour fire-rated walls. All construction was completed in time to move in the new staff and services.
