The ED Annex project is one of many that we have completed for Tidelands Health at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. This job was a 2,050 square foot renovation inside the fully functional hospital, that was very unique. Demolition to an existing section of the facility was completed to make a shell space. We then reinforced the existing walls and created six behavioral health patient rooms. All of the light fixtures, grilles, switches, door hardware, toilet accessories, and sprinkler heads were anti-ligature. We were required to adjust the schedule to accommodate some changes, but completed the project in the desired time and within the allotted budget.
