This custom residence was constructed adjacent to the owner’s existing home in DeBordieu Colony, overlooking the marsh and just minutes from the beach. Designed to provide additional space for extended family gatherings, the home complements the original residence while creating a seamless expansion of the family compound.

Located in a very high flood zone, the project required careful elevation design, structural engineering, and strict adherence to coastal building codes. The four-story structure incorporates a full fire sprinkler system to meet life-safety requirements and ensure long-term protection.

Interior finishes include custom mahogany flooring, adding warmth and richness throughout the living spaces.
