This 5,000 square foot renovation and addition to an existing pre-engineered metal building was designed by Tych & Walker Architects. The building is being used to house the City of Myrtle Beach Facilities and Maintenance Division’s offices and warehouse. The project took 150 days and is located at 13th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach.
