The Claw House is an 8,025-square-foot New England-style lobster house and raw bar located on the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet. It was the first restaurant built from the ground up since the Marshwalk opened in 1998.

The restaurant includes an open floor plan dining room with a large custom-ordered 3,000-gallon saltwater aquarium as the focal point that was featured on the Animal Planet Network’s hit TV show Tanked.

This project was scheduled to be completed on a fast-tracked 5-month schedule that included parking and site work.

Coastal Structures obtained the certificate of occupancy on time, and the owners were able to open as planned for the summer season.
