Coastal Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a medical group practice located in Myrtle Beach, SC, specializing in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry.

This project consisted of a 2-story 12,000-square-foot oral surgery facility that included six exam rooms, eight operatories, a surgery room, and a recovery area located on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor accommodates a large conference room for continuing education, a staff break room, and private offices.

Unique design features include a covered rooftop deck adjacent to the conference room and an upper-level mezzanine open to the reception area below.
