Coastal Structures was selected to complete this 65,000-square-foot building for Tidelands Health System to meet the needs of a growing population in the Market Common and Myrtle Beach area.

This building was scheduled to be completed in 24 months and was permitted in seven separate phases: Site Clearing, Storm Water, Core and Shell, Third Floor, Second Floor, First Floor Imaging, and First Floor Future Surgery.

This building houses four separate elevators, five HVAC systems, two generator systems, a state-of-the-art imaging facility, and total building automation for lighting and HVAC controls, to highlight a few features.

Coastal Structures obtained the certificate of occupancy on time and under budget.
