Welcome to our Quarterly Roundup Newsletter!
We have been privileged to be a part of this community for over 30 years, and as we have grown, so have the communities around us. The evolution continues in Georgetown, Horry County, and beyond, and we are looking forward to being a part of that continued growth.
In this first edition of QR, we want to share with you what is happening at CSC with our team and projects. We also want to highlight projects and featured customers who are a pivotal part of our thriving communities.
We would love your feedback and to hear from you!
All the Best,
H. Moses

Early morning at Parlor Donuts
|
|
If you have driven through Pawleys Island in the morning, you have probably seen the line of cars around Parlor Dougnuts. And for good reason. Parlor Doughnuts is famous for their "original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee."
We had the privilege of working on this project from permitting to completion. The project started before Covid, and when challenges arose when Covid hit, we worked even harder to ensure we finished on budget and just in time to open on July 4th.
Find out more about this project and hear what the owner, Tony Ricker has to say about the business and the building experience. Watch Here

We are honored to be a title sponsor again this year for the annual In The Pink Breast Cancer Walk. The walk was established to help provide free mammography services for individuals without financial resources or government assistance.
We would love for you to come walk with us on October 8th. Head here to be a part of our team.

As a Commander Sponsor we are happy to be a part of this community event that brings people to our quaint port town.

David joined the Coastal Structures team in August 2022 and has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He owned his own business in the Piedmont area of South Carolina for the last 10 years. After moving to the Lowcountry, he decided it was time to settle into the project superintendent position here at Coastal Structures. He has knowledge of all phases of residential building. In his spare time, he loves being with his family, especially in the North Carolina mountains by a river.
