Georgetown Airport Terminal

This “low country style” terminal, completed in December 2008, is 8,500 square feet and consists of two main floors. It was designed by Mozingo & Wallace Architects of Myrtle Beach. The building has a large lobby for the comfort of visitors and passengers. Additional features include:

Pilot’s lounge with full bath for use by flight crews as they await the return of their passengers

Large flat-screen TV’s in the lobby area

Wireless internet

Large meeting room that could host up to 50 persons and is supported by a warming kitchen

Three additional classrooms/meeting rooms- this entire area can be scheduled for public use

Handicapped accessible with an elevator in the lobby, near the front entrance.
