Located at the southernmost point of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, 2nd Avenue Pier has served as a hotspot for tourists since 1936, with a pier jutting out over 900 feet.

Coastal Structures was hired to work on an extensive renovation for the restaurant. This renovation and additions included adding a top floor, observation deck, and bar. The renovation also included an elevator shaft and a new elevator.
